Today's Review: Brothers Coconut & Lime Cider

There are a fair few varieties of ciders gracing our shelves these days, most of the berry variety, but there are an odd few that certainly grab my attention. This coconut and lime offering is one of them. I'm not a big fan of coconut, but I was definitely intrigued as to how it tastes in cider form.

Well, it certainly tastes like coconut. A bold, undeniable flavour that is actually pretty refreshing. Sure, it does get a bit too much at times, too much coconut for me to handle, and pretty sickly. But the lime is on hand to even the flavour out a bit, a bit of tartness to take the edge off the very sweet coconut. So overall, it's pretty good. Even though I don't like coconut, I must say I enjoyed it. Sure, the coconut got a bit too much by the end of the bottle, but this is certainly an interesting cider that's worth a try.

My rating: 4/5
