Today's Review: Cadbury Dairy Milk Snow Balls

Cadbury are branching out lately, changing up their seasonal treats to suit a wide range of occasions. First we had Wini Eggs, then Ghooost Eggs, and now Egg 'n' Spoons have been tailored to fit the festive season, in the form of these Snow Balls. It's the same kind of formula as the Egg 'n' Spoon, a Cadbury chocolate ball filled with vanilla mousse.

This one seems to be victim to the old Cadbury shrink ray. The change in shape allows for less chocolate overall, but these are still the same price as the Egg 'n' Spoon. The filling is still the same, and it's good, nice and smooth with a bold vanilla taste. The chocolate part is good, it's Dairy Milk so it's nice and creamy, although it does seem a bit thinner than the Egg 'n' Spoons. It might just be the shape, I don't know, all I know is I feel a bit cheated. These are nice enough, another version of a winning formul, but you seem to be getting quite a bit less for the same amount of money. Where's your Christmas spirit, guys?

My rating: 3/5
