Bags of bites are popping up all over the place these days, it seems Mars have gone for a bit of an overhaul, as they've released bite size versions of their three big bars: Mars, Snickers, and these Twix ones. Now, this isn't the first time Mars have brought out chocolate bags based on these bars. We had Mars and Twix Mix a few years back, and these seem to be a more conventional shape than those balls with differing filling. But is it better this way?
These are bigger than the Twix Mix balls, I'll give them that much. They're pretty much a perfect representation of a Twix bar, but in smaller form. They're good, a satisfying mix of biscuit, caramel and chocolate, and while they're not particularly different from the full sized bar, they do solve the slight problem of not knowing what was in the middle of each Twix Mix bite. If you've got a hankering for a sharing bag of Twix, then you can't really go wrong with these.
