Mmm, what a deliciously named treat. Ever since I heard of this sweet snack, I couldn't wait to get my hands on some tiny pieces of Collon.
All connotations aside, I must say these are delicious. The outer layer is a crispy cylinder of wafer, while inside is a soft, smooth chocolate cream. The proportions may look a bit off in the picture, but the cream isn't too overwhelming, and altogether it makes for a very moreish snack. So don't delay, go and snack on some Collon today.
